Compatibility and Usage Considerations for the Pleated Screen Eyelet Starter Set

This starter set includes the manual press and two separate dies required to prepare pleated screen PVC strips and install compatible metal eyelets in the 5–5.5 mm / 0.197–0.217 in class.

Machine-Assisted Starter Set for Pleated Screen Eyelets

This starter set brings together the basic equipment required to punch pleated screen PVC strips and install compatible metal eyelets.

The set contains two dies with different functions and a manual hand press. The appropriate die is installed on the press according to the required punching or setting operation.

Functions of the Included Equipment

Punch die: Prepares the 5 mm / 0.197 in installation opening for the eyelet barrel.

Manual hand press: Operates the punch and setting dies through manual lever action.

Difference from the Die-Only Starter Set

The die-only version requires the user to already have a compatible press. This version includes the manual hand press together with the punch and setting dies.

Eyelet Class and Prepared Hole

The 5–5.5 mm / 0.197–0.217 in value identifies the target eyelet-opening class. The punching die prepares a 5 mm / 0.197 in opening in the PVC strip.

These measurements describe different parts of the eyelet application and must not be treated as the same dimension.

Compatibility

Eyelets carrying the same nominal measurement may have different outer diameters, barrel heights, face profiles or washer constructions.

Before production, electronic models and sample studies can be provided upon request to support the approval process. Production and delivery schedules are planned according to the product group and application details.

In general, the production and delivery time for accessories ranges between 20–30 days from the date of payment.

The prices stated for our products apply to the standard color options offered. Any requested colors outside the standard range, enamel applications, stone details, or similar custom works are subject to additional charges. Any price difference is determined according to the material and workmanship characteristics of the selected application.

All quoted prices are valid based on the sales unit specified on the product page. Depending on the product, these units may vary as pack, gross, meter, or piece.

Retail Sales

In retail sales, packaged products are shipped in the color specified on the package. For products with a minimum order quantity stated on the product page, the customer’s selected color is only supplied for orders placed at or above the minimum quantity indicated on the page. For color requests placed below the minimum order quantity specified on the product page, shipments are made from the colors available in stock.

In cases where the color and quantity details of your order need to be clarified, our team will contact you promptly by phone or through other communication channels.

Custom Colors and High-Volume Orders

For orders of 5,000 pieces and above, production can be planned in your requested custom color, and the products are generally prepared for shipment within 3–4 business days. This period may vary depending on the product type and the applications required.

For purchases of 20,000 pieces and above, we would be pleased to offer you special pricing.

For colors outside the standard range, as well as special plating, enamel, stone, and rhinestone products, please review the Special Plating Colors section or contact us directly.

For custom logo production and designs tailored specifically to your brand, we provide personalized solutions for bulk orders. To receive detailed information about custom production options for your brand, simply contact us.

Once your order has been dispatched, E-Dugme.com cannot be held responsible for delays or losses related to international shipping.

Shipping carriers will transport your parcel to the relevant transfer and customs points; however, we have no control over the final delivery time after the package leaves Turkey.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to track your parcel using the tracking number provided to you.
