Return Policy

At E-Dugme.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions set out below.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer regulations in Turkey and the European Union, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return under the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging.

In such cases, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Product

If the product you received is defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

In such cases, a return or exchange may be arranged, and the return shipping cost will be covered by the seller where applicable.

Compliance with U.S. Consumer Standards

In line with U.S. consumer protection standards, the return period for defective products is 30 days.

If the defect or issue is caused by the seller, the return shipping cost will be covered by the seller.

Return and Exchange Shipping Costs

• The shipping cost for returned products is the responsibility of the customer.
• For exchanges, the shipping cost of sending the product back to our company is the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process

1. Please start your return or exchange request by contacting our customer service team and providing your order details and the reason for return.
2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, the return instructions will be shared with you.
3. After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days, where applicable.

Returns That Will Not Be Accepted

• Used, washed, damaged, or altered products
• Products with opened, damaged, missing, or modified original packaging
• Custom-made, personalized, logo-applied, or specially produced items prepared upon customer request
• Products returned after the applicable legal return period
• Returns, cancellations, or refund requests arising from customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges, or similar international import costs

International Returns

For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, local fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the relevant local authorities and are outside the control of E-Dugme.com.

Orders cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded due to customs duties, import taxes, or customs-related charges incurred in the destination country.

In international sales, the customer is fully responsible for paying all taxes, duties, and related import costs applicable in their own country.

For international returns initiated by the customer, return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Important Note

Return requests are subject to product inspection and approval. E-Dugme.com reserves the right to reject return requests that do not comply with the return conditions stated above.
