Custom Setting Die for Narrow Pleated Screen Systems

This custom die is used to crimp and close a 4.5 mm / 0.177 in pleated screen eyelet and selected washer onto a prepared PVC strip.

The die supports the visible eyelet face and forms the standard barrel over the washer. It does not punch or cut the PVC strip.

Why Use an Eyelet-Specific Setting Die?

Eyelets with similar inner diameters may have different outer diameters, face profiles, barrel heights and washer constructions.

This product-specific die is prepared around the standard pleated screen eyelet with an 8.3 mm / 0.327 in outer diameter and 5.3 mm / 0.209 in height. The profile helps centre the components and produce a controlled closure during repeated manufacturing.

Long-Barrel Eyelet Compatibility

The long-barrel eyelet has the same 4.5 mm / 0.177 in inner diameter but a 7.3 mm / 0.287 in barrel height.

It must not be treated as automatically compatible with this standard-eyelet setting profile. A separate sample test or custom die may be required.

Washer Compatibility

The die may be prepared for the selected metal or plastic washer. Different washer thicknesses, openings and rear profiles require separate compatibility control.

Before production, electronic models and sample studies can be provided upon request to support the approval process. Production and delivery schedules are planned according to the product group and application details.

In general, the production and delivery time for accessories ranges between 20–30 days from the date of payment.

The prices stated for our products apply to the standard color options offered. Any requested colors outside the standard range, enamel applications, stone details, or similar custom works are subject to additional charges. Any price difference is determined according to the material and workmanship characteristics of the selected application.

All quoted prices are valid based on the sales unit specified on the product page. Depending on the product, these units may vary as pack, gross, meter, or piece.

Retail Sales

In retail sales, packaged products are shipped in the color specified on the package. For products with a minimum order quantity stated on the product page, the customer’s selected color is only supplied for orders placed at or above the minimum quantity indicated on the page. For color requests placed below the minimum order quantity specified on the product page, shipments are made from the colors available in stock.

In cases where the color and quantity details of your order need to be clarified, our team will contact you promptly by phone or through other communication channels.

Custom Colors and High-Volume Orders

For orders of 5,000 pieces and above, production can be planned in your requested custom color, and the products are generally prepared for shipment within 3–4 business days. This period may vary depending on the product type and the applications required.

For purchases of 20,000 pieces and above, we would be pleased to offer you special pricing.

For colors outside the standard range, as well as special plating, enamel, stone, and rhinestone products, please review the Special Plating Colors section or contact us directly.

For custom logo production and designs tailored specifically to your brand, we provide personalized solutions for bulk orders. To receive detailed information about custom production options for your brand, simply contact us.

Once your order has been dispatched, E-Dugme.com cannot be held responsible for delays or losses related to international shipping.

Shipping carriers will transport your parcel to the relevant transfer and customs points; however, we have no control over the final delivery time after the package leaves Turkey.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to track your parcel using the tracking number provided to you. Unless the shipment is officially declared lost or damaged according to the regulations of the destination country, we are unable to resend the order.
