This 4 mm / 0.16 in hole cutter is used for preparing small holes on fine leather, synthetic leather, fabric, cardboard, bags, belts and textile accessories. It can also be used for hole preparation before setting 2 No eyelets with approximately 4 mm - 4.3 mm / 0.16 in - 0.17 in inner diameter.
