This 26L Fabric Cutting Die cuts 26 mm / 1.02 in circular fabric pieces for cover buttons with a finished visible diameter of 16 mm / 0.63 in.

The additional fabric is not waste material. It creates approximately 5 mm / 0.20 in of fold-in allowance on each side, allowing the fabric to wrap inward around the button edge during covering.
