A Compact Eyelet for Footwear, Bags and Garments

This small sheet steel eyelet provides a clean metal finish around lace, cord, ventilation and decorative holes in footwear, bags, garments, leather accessories, tags, sample cards and craft products.

The 4.5 mm / 0.177 in opening is suitable for thin cords and laces. The 8.3 mm / 0.327 in outer flange covers the edge of the prepared opening, while the 5.3 mm / 0.209 in barrel is formed over the selected washer during installation.

Select a plastic washer when a lighter and softer rear support is preferred for a compatible textile or tag application.

Select a metal washer when a traditional all-metal appearance is required for footwear, bags and leather goods.

Available finishes include nickel, black nickel, gold, antique brass and black oxide.

Plastic and metal washers are separate options and must not be presented as supplied together.

Material thickness, opening size, washer type, setting-die profile and press adjustment affect the installation. Test the complete combination on the actual material.
