The offered price is valid for the colors offered in the standard options. For enamel and stone decorated products, a price difference equal to the enamel and stone price is applied.
It is valid for the unit (package, gross, mt or piece) shown next to the offered product price.
Rules to Be Considered in Retail Orders:
1- If the product is sold as a single item, orders of 500 or less are sent in Out of Stock Colors..We kindly request you to order at least the quantity or more specified on the minimum product page.
2 - If the product is sold in the form of Package, Gross, orders of 1 packages, gross and below are sent in Colors Available in Stock.
In order to clarify the Color and Quantity options for both order situations, our company will try to contact you via telephone and other communication channels.
In orders of 5000 or more, the color preferred by the customer is coated and sent with a delay of 3-4 business days.
For quantity purchases (20000 or more), please ask for the price.
For colors other than standard colors, solid colors, enamel, stone and glass stone products, please see the Special Coating Colors tab or contact us.
For orders in quantity, work is carried out with your company's logo and in accordance with your own design. Please contact us.

• Your orders will be delivered to you by the cargo company on the estimated delivery date specified. Our company serves online with DHL and TNT. (Currently DHL is actively available.)

• You can return any product you have purchased, provided that it meets the return conditions, within 15 days from the day your order is received, provided that you are responsible for the shipping cost.

• Make sure you choose the correct shipping mode for your location. If you choose USA shipping or European Union shipping, if you are outside of these countries, the cost will be calculated correctly and the balance due will be shown to you in the collection

• DHL Express will send your package to the nearest outbound customs facility very quickly, but after leaving the borders of Turkey, we have no control over how long to arrive at your doorstep.
• You can track the package delivered and this information with the Tracking Code provided by the DHL Express service of your country.
• We will not resend an order under any circumstances unless the parcel is recorded as lost or damaged according to your country's postal regulations. In this case, we will make an insurance claim on the package and the products can be re-shipped once the claim is paid.
