Return Policy

The Buyer has the right to reject the product by sending a return letter to the Seller within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Product. The return letter form is sent by the Seller to the Buyer via e-mail upon the Buyer's request. The buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within 7 days after sending the return letter. All costs of returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.The buyer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal in the following cases:Due to the nature of the ordered goods, they cannot be returned, they may deteriorate or run out quickly; The ordered goods are produced directly for the Buyer according to the individual order; If the recipient has opened the packaging of the audio recording or video recording or computer programs. The Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Turkey states that "the consumer is responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of the product during the period in which he exercises his right of withdrawal." If the product is original, the Seller reserves the right to refuse to exercise the right of withdrawal from the Buyer or to deduct the compensation fee in case the product is damaged due to careless use of the product or failure to comply with the instructions in the user manual.
