Production Eyelet for Pleated Insect Screen Manufacturers
This eyelet is used to finish cord, thread, guide and connection openings in pleated insect screen systems. It creates a controlled edge around the prepared hole and allows the rear side to be supported with a selected washer.

Metal Washer or Plastic Washer?
A metal washer may be selected when firmer rear support is preferred during screen production.
A plastic washer may be considered when a lighter and softer rear support is more suitable for the screen material.
Metal and plastic washers are separate product options and are not supplied together as one selection.
How Does the Washer Support the Screen Material?
The washer increases the rear contact area and helps spread the holding force across a wider section of the screen material.
This can provide more balanced support and help reduce pulling or slipping around the opening. Final strength also depends on the hole position, material construction, die profile and press setting.

Compatible Installation Tools
