Manual Impact Press Light Type
This light type manual impact press is a lever-operated machine for controlled accessory setting and workshop applications. It can be used with compatible dies for eyelets, snaps, jeans buttons, rivets, hooks, fabric button covering, punching, stamping, marking and similar impact operations.
The machine body is made from cast iron and consists of two cast components. The body and connection areas are processed on CNC machines, while the metal components are produced from heat-treated and quenched parts.
Setup and Alignment
After installing the upper and lower die, the machine is prepared by adjusting the centre. The Allen screw at the rear of the upper body allows right-left and height adjustment. The lower die holder allows front-back alignment.
Once the centre alignment is completed, the material is placed between the upper and lower die seats and the operation is performed with controlled centre alignment is completed, the material is lever impact. Die changes can be completed quickly when the die connection is compatible, but alignment must be checked after every change.
Application Areas
- Eyelet applications for banners, tarpaulins, textiles and leather goods
- Snap fastener setting in apparel and accessory production
- Jeans button setting in denim and garment work
- Rivet, hook and hardware setting for bags, belts and leather accessories
- Fabric button covering applications
- Advertising, signage, banner and vinyl print work
- Electrical, electronic, aluminium, shutter, packaging and industrial assembly
- Marking, punching, stamping, bending, cosmetic and toy assembly operations
Maintenance
The vertical moving shaft system should be cleaned and lubricated with grease once a week. Under heavy use, maintenance may be required more frequently. Dust, textile fibres and metal residue around the die area should be cleaned before operation.
Frequently Asked Questions
What applications is this press used for?
It is used with compatible dies for eyelets, snaps, jeans buttons, rivets, hooks, fabric button covering, punching, stamping, marking and similar impact applications.
Does it require electricity?
No. It is a manual lever impact press and does not require electric power.
Are dies included?
No. Dies and accessories must be selected separately according to the operation.
Can the machine be adjusted?
Yes. The upper body allows height and right-left adjustment, while the lower die holder allows front-back alignment.
How is the machine maintained?
The moving shaft system should be cleaned and lubricated with grease once a week.
Can one press be used for different jobs?
Yes. Different operations can be performed by changing compatible dies. Die connection and centre alignment must be checked after each change.
Striking Press for Small and Midsize Production
Light-Duty Manual Impact Press M00100 is best suited to mounting eyelets, snaps, rivets and jeans buttons that benefit from a controlled striking action. No. 31 and smaller eyelets and size 28 button applications are especially appropriate. Jobs demanding greater sustained force, including No. 34 and larger eyelets, are better evaluated with Heavy-Duty Manual Eyelet Setting Press M00101.
Tool Setup and Daily Throughput
Adjust working height, tool center and impact strength for the fitted die and material. The suggested 250–4,000 operations per day is conditional on labor, material and layout rather than a fixed machine cycle rating. Choose matching upper and lower tools and test setting quality first.
Dies, Maintenance and Replacement Parts
Appropriate eyelet, snap, rivet, denim button and compatible hole-punching tools can be fitted where connection dimensions match. Confirm compatibility rather than assuming all punches fit without adjustment. Spare parts and made-to-order accessories are produced by the supplier. Dies and fasteners are selected separately.
Common Buyer Questions
Can Light-Duty Manual Impact Press M00100 work with No. 34 grommets?

Can I switch between snaps and rivets?
Yes, after fitting correct dies and checking alignment.
How many pieces can be installed per day?
Depending on operations, a workshop may plan roughly 250–4,000, but actual output varies.
