The www.e-buttons.com website (the “Site”) is operated by Keyif Fırtınası – Celal Şentürk, trading as E-Buttons (“we”, “us”, “our company”), based in Istanbul, Türkiye. We are the data controller under KVKK. The rules below apply to the privacy of visitor, member and customer information, the protection, storage, processing and deletion of personal data, commercial electronic communications and other matters when you use the Site (including its mobile version).

Protecting Your Information

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures, within available technology, to keep the information you provide and the transactions you make secure.

Card payments on the Site are processed by the relevant banks and payment institutions, independently of us. We never see or store card passwords or card security codes.

Information you enter for membership, orders or account updates cannot be viewed by other internet users.

Personal Data We Process

Depending on how you use the Site, we may process:

• Identity and contact details: name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, delivery and billing address; for business customers, company name and tax details
• Transaction details: order, payment, invoice, shipping, return and request information

Why We Process Your Data and Legal Grounds

We process your personal data to set up and manage your account, take and fulfil your orders, collect payments, issue invoices, ship products (including international shipping), handle returns and exchanges, provide customer support, meet our legal obligations, keep the Site secure, improve our services and, with your consent, send you offers and product news.

We rely on the legal grounds in Article 5 of KVKK: performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishing, exercising or defending legal claims, our legitimate interests (without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms) and, where required, your explicit consent. Sharing Your Data

For the purposes above only, and in line with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, your personal data may be shared with shipping and courier companies, banks and payment institutions, providers of hosting, e-mail and analytics services, our accounting and legal advisers and, when required, authorised public authorities. Some of our service providers may store data on servers outside Türkiye.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your session and cart working, remember your preferences, measure how the Site is used and show you relevant ads. Our Cookie Policy explains which cookies we use and how to manage them. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; some parts of the Site may then not work properly.

Commercial Communications

If you give your consent, we may send you promotions, offers and product news by e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp, phone or browser notifications. Messages about your orders and account are sent without separate consent. You can stop marketing messages at any time, free of charge, by using the unsubscribe link in our messages or by contacting us.

Your Rights Under KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred,
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in KVKK, and request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom your data was transferred,
• object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis of your data,
• claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

We will respond to your request free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

We keep personal data only for as long as the purpose of processing and the law require; after that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Third-Party Websites

Websites linked from the Site have their own privacy policies and terms of use. We are not responsible for their practices.

Responsibility

Visitors are responsible for the decisions they make and the actions they take based on information obtained from the Site. Use of the Site by minors is the responsibility of their legal guardians.

Purchases

Purchases made on the Site are subject to the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement you approve during checkout.

Rights to Site Content

All intellectual and industrial property rights in the information, images and content on the Site belong to us, except for content owned by third parties, and may not be used without permission.

Changes

We may update this notice when necessary. Changes take effect when they are published on the Site.
