The quoted price applies to the unit shown next to the product (package, gross, meter, or piece). For retail orders, please keep the following rules in mind:

  1. Piece Sales: If the product is sold by the piece and your order is for 500 pieces or less, we will ship from available stock colors. To access a wider range of options, we kindly ask that you meet the minimum quantity requirement listed on the product page.

  2. Package or Gross Sales: If the product is sold by package or gross, for 1 package or gross or less, we will also ship from available stock colors.

For both scenarios, our team will contact you via phone or other communication channels to confirm your color and quantity preferences.

For orders of 5000 pieces or more, we can apply your preferred custom color. Please note that there may be a delay of 3-4 business days for production, depending on the product type.

For large orders of 20,000 pieces or more, please contact us for special pricing.

If you’re interested in custom colors, enamel finishes, or stone-embellished products outside of our standard color options, please refer to the Special Coating Colors section or reach out to us directly.

Domestic Delivery

  • Please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply to your order, depending on your country’s regulations. Our system cannot calculate these charges.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer Yurtiçi Cargo for domestic shipments within Turkey and DHL Express for international deliveries. If you are a business requiring additional options through DHL, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
  • DHL services may have country-specific weight and size restrictions, which our system may not always detect. We recommend keeping an eye on your email for updates regarding your order, especially for wholesale purchases.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure you select the appropriate shipping method for your location. If you are located outside the US or the European Union but choose shipping options meant for these regions, the correct shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, E-Dugme.com is not responsible for any delays or losses related to international shipping.
  • While DHL Express will expedite your package to the nearest customs facility, we have no control over how long it will take for your package to reach you after leaving Turkey.
